Role : Mobile Repair Engineer (1-2 Year Experience)—

Job Responsibilities :

Troubleshooting and Diagnosis: Identify and diagnose issues with mobile devices, accessories, and related equipment

Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on mobile devices and equipment.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and explain repairs.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures when working on equipment and in customer locations.
Inventory Management: Ensure adequate stock of spare parts and tools to perform repairs efficiently.
Travel: Be prepared to travel to customer sites as needed, potentially including evenings and weekends.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mobile devices, operating systems, and related technologies.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and carrying equipment.
Driving Skills: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, with some positions requiring technical training or certifications.
Experience: Previous experience in mobile repair, electronics, or customer service is often preferred.
